Hubby is going to help with search so I should hear something soon. So scary.
Saw lots of cattle being hauled out of the river bottoms this weekend. The water can move so fast and you never know what is under you.

Prayers for Gene that he will return or be found safely...we came over that Trinity river bridge yesterday through Dayton, OMG..the water was flowing like crazy and nearly up to our bridge we were crossing and then nearly all the way to where road starts going upward in dayton, everything on the river botton there was flooded

Heard a little more... I thought the horse came back on his own, but they found the horse last night with his saddle tangled in vines and limbs. Had to cut the saddle off to free him.
Texas Equisearch is on site and they are using boats and planes in the search.

They really butchered this story on the Today Show this am, they said it was Dayton, Ohio but with Trinity River that was why I was listening closely...sounded to relevant.

We are all praying that he will be found soon !! How horrible!!!! Equisearch will do all they can ! They are really good !Maybe all the barrel racers and horse peeps could join the search, Im sure they could use all the help they can.I have rode on a search several times horseback.
