FORT WORTH, TX. - A retrospective exhibition of work by artist Barry Kieselstein-Cord will be presented at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame October 4 through November 7, 2004. The Museum joins an impressive list of museums to feature Kieselstein-Cord's work, including the Louvre in Paris, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and the Museum of Fine
Arts in Houston.

A successful designer since 1973, Kieselstein-Cord crafts jewelry and accessories that are sough after by serious art collectors and celebrities, including Steven Spielberg, Oprah Winfrey, Giorgio Armani and Tom Hanks.

series, from his more than 300 belt buckle designs - including a cowgirl theme buckle commissioned exclusively for the National Cowgirl Museum - to his innovative matte green-and-black gold finishes, Kieselstein-Cord's work has a signature look that is instantly recognizable.
Today Kieselstein-Cord's work includes fine jewelry, handbags, belts, luggage, eyewear and other accessories. He has built one of America's largest designer-owned fine jewelry companies, with over 50 direct employees and millions in annual income. In fact, the Kieselstein-Cord Boutique at Bergdorf Goodman in New York generates more revenue per square foot than any other brand at the exclusive shop. In mid-September of this year, he introduced a premier diamond collection exclusively at the Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, and plans to open three locations in Moscow in 2005.
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame is the only museum in the world dedicated to honoring women of the American West who have displayed extraordinary courage and a pioneer spirit in their trail blazing efforts.
