To whom it may concern, I have been targeted in this scam.  I have not sent these people any money, but I am in fear that they may cause me harm in some way.  I am enclosing some of the e-mail correspondence.
I have copied all of there e-mails and will mail them to your office.
My name is Kathy XXXX  I live in NH.  They are 3 people involved that are sending me correspondence, The first is this lady name Rusha Pierce, then there is a finance officer so he says, Andrew Morgan, then there is (Rusha Pierce) Lawyer.Bar Al Mastafa.  This Bar Al Mastafa has called me on my cell phone, and he sounds very scary.  Andrew Morgan has called me as well, and he is emailing me, asking for money.  Please tell me what I can do to protect myself, from these people. They only have my address, and phone number, they do not have any identification of mine.

The problem now is that we did not get married officially but he does
not have any other person than me. One of the officials at the finance
company told me if i will be able to get anybody from my husbands family
to claim as the next of kin/benefactor since there is no name on the
next of kin column. After several attempts, to get to any of his
people whom I have not heard from him before failed I decided to trace
his last name to see if you will be of help. I have contacted you to
assist in repatriating the money Left behind by my husband before they
get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the finance company.

My husband has an account valued at $15.5 million dollars.Since I have
been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over Some months now I
seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to my late
husband, so that the proceeds of this account valued at 15.5 million dollars
can be paid to you SINCE YOU BOTH HAVE THE SAME SURNAME AND YOU ALSO A
FORIEGNER LIKE HIM.I shall share the money with you at the ratio of 70%
to meand 25% for you while 5%
will be for expenses that might arise during the process. I have all
necessary information and documents that can be Used to back up any
claim we may make. All I require is your honest Co-operation to enable us
see this deal through.

I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement
