Ebarrelracing.com rocks

I have a soon to be 8 year old gelding out of the Sonny Dee Bar line.  We're making good progress and I think I'll can have him at exhibitions and small jackpots come mid/late spring.  I have one small problem though.  He is better on his left lead than his right, but he turns better to the right than to the left.  I've been doing more circles and rollbacks to the left, and it doesn't seem to be helping much.  I played the bit game with him for awhile, and right now he is in a Stop and Turn.  This has worked the best on him so far as far as control and responsiveness.  I'm not sure how to approach and handle the small problem I'm having.  Any suggestions?

I usually don't make a big issue of leads because as a horse learns to speed
up they will more than likely pick up the correct lead. You might want to
have your horse checked by a good equine chiropractor to be sure there are
not some other issues that are bothering him and keeping him from being
comfortable when loping one direction or the other.

I don't make a big deal about leads either they will change when you add the gasoline.
