America’s Horse, May 2, 2007 – The American Quarter Horse Association’s six-year partnership with Cripple Creek will be extended for three more years. Cripple Creek is the official outerwear manufacturer of the AQHA, American Quarter Horse Youth Association and Bayer Select World Championship Shows. Cripple Creek also is a key component in bringing  America’s Horse magazine to every AQHA member each month.

“AQHA World Show exhibitors are always impressed with the quality of outerwear Cripple Creek provides,” said AQHA Executive Vice President Bill Brewer. “We are pleased to be working with the company for an additional three years.”

The Cripple Creek brand was created in 1994 by Sidran Incorporated, a Dallas, Texas, company. Its first claim to fame was becoming the official outerwear of the Professional Bull Riders Association. Cripple Creek and the Professional Bull Riders quickly became household names in the western lifestyle industry. In 1995, this success led to the expansion of the Cripple Creek brand into leather outerwear and ladies’ leatherwear. In early 2000, Cripple Creek became the official outerwear of the American Quarter Horse Association.

Today, the Cripple Creek brand has become known for its quality and sophisticated looks at affordable prices. From simple elegance to sassy and sexy styles, today’s woman can define her look by choosing from Cripple Creek’s extensive collection.
