I understand that participation in the sponsored activities may be hazardous to my family or me. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage / theft to myself, any minor under my membership, and our property, whether the risks are known or unknown. I hereby forever release and indemnify Rafter E Productions (Se'Vette Tatum Early) and Texas Hill Country Barrel Racing Assoc, any affiliated organization, and their respective directors, officers employees, volunteers, agents, contractors and representatives (“Releases”), from any and all actions, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, next of kin, spouse, children and legal representatives may now have or may have in future for injury, death or property damage to myself or any minors under my membership regarding: (a) participation in sponsored activities; (b) negligence or other acts directly or indirectly related to sponsored activities, however caused, and (c) the condition of the premises where all activities occur, whether or not I or any minor member is participating in the activities. I further certify that I have available at the request of event management, a current NEGATIVE EIA TEST CHART for each animal I have on the event grounds. I understand that if State and/or Local Authorities require presentation of said test chart at the event and I can not present a NEGATIVE EIA TEST CHART for any or all animals, I will be personally responsible for any fines and will be responsible for any fines levied on the event producers.
