1. No refunds except as indicated in numbers 12 and 13.

2. Dress code, Hat, Long Sleeve Shirt, $10 hat fine for loosing hat in the arena.  Hat fine will be enforced.

3. Horse substitutions must be made in Show Office before the FIRST horses runs in each race. NO rider substitutions.

4. NO switching of draw positions.

5. All reruns will be the decision of the Arena Director. Rerun will be on fresh drag. Arena Directors decision in FINAL. A horse falling during run will not receive a rerun.

6. Failure to answer 3 gate calls will result in Officials scratch.

7. A horse may enter each race only once, except for immediate family members residing in the same household. You may enter as many horses per race as you wish.

8. Contestants will receive a no time for knocking over a barrel.

9. A $25 returned check fee, plus bank fees will be charged on all returned checks.

10. A $20 processing fee once per contestant for entire event.

11. A $20 late fee per horse per race if entry not post marked by entry closing date. Late entries taken until last 50 horses. Late entries will have separate draw and run after pre-entries. ALL LATE ENTRIES ARE CASH ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS

12. Vet and medical releases for pre-entries must be received in the Double J office by Wednesday, 12 PM , 10 days prior to event. All fees less processing fee will be returned to contestant.

13. Vet and medical releases for late entries must be presented in show office before first horse runs. All fees less processing fee will be returned to contestant.

14. Number of places paid per division: 101-250: 8 places, 251-399 entries: 10 places, 400-499 entries: 12 places, 500+ entries: 15 places.

15. 70% payback, added money split equally between divisions. Each race is separate.

16. The 4D format will be as follows: 1D, fastest time of the race; 2D, fastest time of the race plus one-half second(.5 second). 3D, fastest time of the barrel race plus one second; 4D, fastest time of the barrel race plus two seconds. The jackpotted entry fees plus added money will be divided as follows; 1D -30%, 2D-27%, 3D-23%, 4D-20%. 

17. All horses must be placed in stalls if staying on grounds over night. Only one horse per stall. NO portable pens or tie outs.

18. Double J Productions reserves the right to refuse any entry.
