DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo.—The Castlewood Equestrian Center in Franktown has been placed under quarantine, according to the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
State veterinarian Keith Roehr told 7NEWS a horse at the stable tested positive for equine herpes virus.
