2006 Payout for the Series = $95,000 in cash and Prizes

The Series was made up of 3 Futurities, starting in September with the 1st Futurity, cumulating in December with the Run For The Rubies, the Juvenile Race, Open 5D and the Youth 3D. 

The Series was designed to open the door to Futurities in Texas once again.  To encourage 5 yr old Futurities, to expose Juvenile Horses to pressure before they are eligible to run and to promote the Open 5D divisional format along with the Youth in the Barrel Racing Community.
