A Blank cell or “No” means you are NOT signed up for Autopay.   If you are signed up for auto pay your payments will automatically be charged on Nov 1, Dec 1 and Jan 1.   PLEASE make sure you arent signed up by checking for your name on this list or looking on the confirmation email you received.
