WARNING: Under Texas Law (chapter87, civil practice and remedies code) an equine professional is not liable for injury to or the death of participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities and I hereby release the above (Somervell County Expo Center, it’s workers and facility) from any claim/liability or loss to myself, employees, horses, and equipment. Participant agrees to abide by rules of the show management and affirms that all horses that are brought onto the premises have current negative coggins and all out of state (Texas) horses have current health papers.
