BRAT Barrel Race Cancelled
« on: March 18, 2006, 12:07:23 PM »
We just got back from the arena and we decided to cancel the BRAT Barrel Race today at Cleburne.  It's just TOO wet everywhere and they say more rain is coming!  We've reschedule to Friday, April 7th.  More details to come....

Thanks!

Lol, and the roof leaks I guess.  I know when we were there the week after a rain, there were signs where trucks and trailers had gotten stuck and had to be towed out.  Putting it off is probably an excellent idea.  Good luck with it when you get it in. :-*

I was wondering, when I went into town there were some of yall there and when I came back home not a soul was in sight!  I hate to see that you had to cancel but unless we want to be paying $13 a bale of hay this year we NEED THE RAIN!!!!!   <ROCKON>

Mr Yoes told me that we need at least 5 to 6 inches of rain right now to get the hay started this year.  We are down an inch and a half so just 3 and a half more to go!!!!   >PEACE<  Bring it onnnnnnnnnnnn   8)

Let us be reminded of what Captain John Parker told his army at Lexington Green, the place where the War for Independence began in 1775. He said, “Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.
