Paint Horse exhibitors walk away with more than $1 million in cash and prizes at 2019 APHA World Show

FORT WORTH—Paint Horse exhibitors pocketed a record $1 million+ in cash and prizes at the 2019 World Championship Show, which was held September 16-29 at Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas. More than 1,030 horses were on display generating over 15,600 entries. APHA named 211 world champions over the course of 14 days and held a total of 268 classes. Fifty U.S. states were represented as well as Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Mexico, Paraguay and Sweden. New solid Paint-bred opportunities and other additions on tap for 2016 APHA World Show

FORT WORTH, Texas – Make plans to include a few extra horses in your 2016 APHA World Show lineup: the APHA Executive Committee recently approved a motion that will allow solid Paint-bred horses with two Regular Registry parents the opportunity to compete in most non-world championship classes alongside their Regular Registry counterparts, based on feedback from the World Show Advisory Committee.
