Texas Vet Board Target of Petition Drive

HOUSTON, (Horseback) – The Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners has again angered equine caregivers who practice at the edge of the profession. In a surprise move the board quietly instituted a rule change that would place competitors under their direct supervision. Directly affected are those who do massage, acupuncture, and a variety of other holistic disciplines.
