State quarantines cattle herd for bovine tuberculosis

An infected South Dakota cattle herd is under quarantine for bovine tuberculosis.

State animal health officials confirmed today that a Hutchinson County herd was infected and an investigation underway to determine whether other herds are affected, according to a news release from the South Dakota Animal Industry Board. Read more:
