Think floating a horse’s teeth improves his feed digestion? Think again. At the 2008 American Association of Equine Practitioners convention, held Dec. 6-10 in San Diego, Calif., a study showing that floating doesn’t improve feed digestion was presented by James Carmalt, MA, VetMB, MVetSc, Dipl.
